2-1-7-2-1-9. It's 1 Avenue, North and John Street for a female yelling in the middle of the street, walking northbound. The caller wants her to be checked on. She moved herself into the sidewalk last seen near 209 1st Avenue. She's a Black female, early 30s, 5'6", medium-build, cat ears and black clothing, gray. We have a similar report in the area of a Black female holding a white dog with similar behavior. I think a different care unit might have checked the area. It's 1 Ave, North and John Street, near 209 1 Ave, North. Copy, en route.
