2 Paul 9, The female that is registered to that vehicle is with the caller currently. No one's supposed to be home. They did state that they had lights on inside. The subject possibly ran westbound. It's going to be a white male, 30s, scruffy beard. He doesn't know the time delay just because he didn't see him run back toward the front of the house where the only camera would capture him leaving. It's going to be like maybe a lighter blue bathing suit with like a goatee.
