3 Adam 31, it's going to be 2227 Payne at the woman's shelter. Caller says to check outside for a female that's going through some kind of crisis in the middle of the street. Says she's also using the bathroom in the middle of the street. Has a long blade with her. Says she was removed earlier from setting the fire in the building. Name is Tanasia Banks. She's a Black female wearing all black with a ponytail. The priority 2 CAD is 3527.
