2 Charles 36 on a 945, 18th Street and Capitol Avenue in 3B. Paramedics are requesting PD for a subject down in the middle of the street blocking traffic. Female, about 70 years old, wearing a white shirt and jeans. It's possibly related to a 415 at the same 925. That caller called in for a 981 on a female who was laying on the ground near broken glass and yelling things that were not making sense.
