Any Mission unit, possible 459 suspect there now, 8400 Brimfield at the Colt Designs. Male, White or Hispanic, black shirt, blue shorts, white-green tennis shoes, possibly under the influence, tried arresting Thors and throwing rocks at vehicles. It's Code 2, incident 4024 and RD 1984.
