Engine 7, Engine 6, this is a report of a white Toyota van seen smoking in the middle of the roadway. No flames seen. PRP's a passerby and per our cameras, they're advising no smoke seen now. Driver's sitting in the vehicle, eastbound number 3 lane, Roseville Parkway, just west of Chase Drive.
