1222. I have a person wanted at 1123 Southwestern. Caller states a female, Black, wearing all-black clothing and iridescent-colored shoes is accused of randomly pepper-spraying pedestrians. It's currently outside, standing in a bus stop. Caller mentioned the same female pepper-sprayed the caller and friends, and a report was made. However, the caller did not provide a report number, and I have no name. Nothing further. 10-4.
