It's a person down. We originally got a ticket for Channel since they're 10-6, but looks like it's snapping closer to 3180 Central Avenue, the PSGA main terminal. I'm going to update to 10-20. It's going to be reference to a male passed out on the sidewalk on the north side of South. No weapons. Should be a white male, 50s, heavy-build, wearing a light blue t-shirt and black shorts.
