Pretty sure I saw this guy... He was walking on the side of the road but was stumbling around... I slowed down to a stop like 15 feet in front of him while the car coming from the other way passed because I didn't want to get in a head on collision. He seemed like he was tweaking heavily. Not surprised he got hit... Hope he's okay.
