Already gave him water about to give more. The animal control is my next step
Thank you for doing that, many dogs get hit on Western too. Hope he wasn't dumped, but animal control is the best place for him....maybe he has a chip.

Someone may have dumped him at animal control..which is down the street. I would bring him there now...stray drop off hours are currently on going. If you don't take him there...get him into the AC and some water..he looks very hot.
