In the 3900 block of Hamilton Boulevard, reckless driver. Caller reported a black Toyota Camry, peer registration of Bravo Lima Alpha Charlie Kilo Kilo Kilo. Driving recklessly, swerving all over the roadway, around other vehicles. Caller did advise at one point he got out of his car and was trying to fight other drivers. Last seen going north on Hamilton towards Allentown. 3900 block of Hamilton.
