It's going to be 1617 Tartan Avenue. Looks like the caller states the client took off. It's going to be a Tammy Vance. She's diagnosed with schizophrenia in her 40s. It's a white female, orange shirt, gray jogging pants, light brown and blue, blonde curly hair. Looks like she did hit the caller but has no weapons. She's walking right now down Ardone. Code of the 2, the CAD is 3062. And theorists say she's wearing white pants and a black shirt.
