It's an issue for people wanting to use Riverdale Avenue between west 231st Street and west 235th street. Normally two lanes in both directions is now temporarily one lane in each direction temporarily halting when the equipment is being raised. It's understandable that some may feel this is something that shouldn't be reported but for those transversing this area they may feel different. News is news and shouldn't always be bad to report.
