Caller lives at 12970 West Greenfield and could see a male, white, approximately in his 20s with dark curly hair and a long-sleeved shirt and black pants. He has a bicycle and appears to be having some difficulty getting loaded up with the bags he has. He's not believed to be injured. He also had a medium short-haired dog with him.
