Check the area, 184 Boyd. 184 Boyd Street, coming in from all three PO. 16, we're following up, seeing four kids chasing someone around on a scooter, trying to steal a scooter. Last seen northbound on west side from Boyd, left behind a black scooter in the alleyway.
