734. 734. Yeah, quick flash. He's got white long pants on, multi-colored light, kind of light blue-ish shoes, and then he has a blue, like a sky blue long-sleeved shirt on, and he has sunglasses on. He did not have a gun and or a knife. He just wanted for an assault. 835, he's in the East Alley, going north.
