Last seen going westbound on Avenue I-Ida onto, onto 35th Street East. Informant no longer has odds. Disturbing party is a male, Black, adult, tac, 72. Industry 143, Tom 1, you have the handle 141, Tom 2 with the assist. 481 just occurred, Central Avenue and Main Street.
