222, respond for a suspicious person on 53 and High Park Boulevard. 53 and High Park Boulevard. Caller just indicated it's a male, Black, green shirt, navy hat, dark blue pants, with long gray beard. Was in the middle of the street, obstructing traffic. There is a delay on this. He said he was last seen going northbound on 53.
