If you'll check the area around the Mirabelle assisted living, 4242 Brian Irwin Road, 4242 Brian Irwin Road, RP advised she was coming into work and there was a white male in a green shirt, short, that was just sitting in the parking lot and she almost hit him. He was last seen walking towards 183. She described him as a white male, 20s to 30s, 5'9", talking to himself and had no shoes.
