The 7469 South 116 Street. RP's calling back saying he's seeing this on video. Known subject is trespassing, looking over the fence. Described as a mixed race, black, white, native, male in his 70s, wearing a beret, black jacket, jeans, and red shoes. We already checked for him around 2100, didn't find him. Apparently he's back again.
