Mahirion over at 1716 Avalon Road, 1716 Avalon, states that a male arrived on scene approximately 15 minutes ago, was standing in front of his home and making threats to shoot inside of his house. Male arrived on foot and was seen running towards the park on Olympia Road. Caller advised that he's still in the area because he lives nearby. His name is Ben, 20-year-old Hispanic male, long curly hair, wearing a black zip.
