Attention District 3, special attention any units near DOCO. Be on lookout for a missing person out of District 1, last seen at the Wendy's at 4320 Watt Avenue, possibly heading towards Downtown Commons. Said she was going to take pills and run into traffic. MP is Elena Zuniga, female, Hispanic and white, 13 years old, 5'10", 130 pounds, auburn hair, brown eyes, black hooded sweatshirt, white sweatshirt.
