53. 51. It's actually going to be an assault. 5675 South Mirkwood Lane, 3975 West. This is the complainant's address. Their neighbor grabbed the complainant's grandson and put him in a chokehold. The neighbor came home and got angry that the grandson was touching his property and then grabbed him. Negative injuries, negative weapons.
