Units in 17 and citywide, again, a person with a 934, 48 West Bell Plain, apartment 2A as in Adam's. Stephanie's reporting that her brother, Nicholas, tried to stab the caller and their mom. Caller states that she fled. They're going to be waiting at a neighbor's house. Caller believes that the brother is still in the unit, last seen wearing a white shirt, blue jeans, nothing further on it.
