Northeast Houston, 11X62. Additional on your kidnap in progress, 2055 North Figueroa Street. The embedded location is 2055 North Figueroa Street by the Home Depot. Suspect is the father of children, male, Hispanic, wearing a black shirt, khaki shorts. Suspect is circling the parking lot at the Home Depot and is driving erratically with the children inside the vehicle. Refusing to stop. Code 3, incident 4005, 1175. 2, roger. we'll be en route to that call if there's an airship en route. Can you advise them? We're going to be at 200 feet, AGL.
