Charlie 38. 1 Charlie 38, authorize Code 3 for a possible 27835 at Chestnut Place and Ocean, Ocean and Chestnut. It's between a female Hispanic, 30s, wearing a green Brazil jersey and black pants. Another female Hispanic, 30s, wearing a gray sweater, blue pants with pink shoes. They were having a dispute. And on the call back to the first CP, advised that the suspect was pulling items out of the stroller and throwing them at the female. It looks like the female confirmed that it was her girlfriend.7, I'm 97.
