White male, late 30s to early 40s. Very thin, green long-sleeved t-shirt, unknown bottoms, short hair, unknown weapons. Saw the subject have something square and silver in his hand but unknown what it is. Possibly on drugs. Would like the subject to move along. Known for contact at 1723.4.
