Charles 223, put me on the disturbance with a weapon. I'm clear from Beach Grove. Charles 223, I'm clear. Units now referencing that disturbance with a weapon at East Raymond Street and South Sherman Drive. The victim is a black male, teal shirt. He's at the McDonald's. The suspect took off running towards the AutoZone. He tried taking the complainant's vehicle. Advise he did take the complainant's phone.
