Channel broadcast, Douglas and Sylvania. Reporting a white male driving a white van. Had sunglasses, camel hat, white tank top with a roof rack on top. Sounded like a woman was crying in the back of the vehicle. Fled northbound on Douglas within the last five minutes. Douglas and West Sylvania. Time is 2037.
