It was a stolen car, two fled after pursuit. One suspect caught at Chick filet & other at Juicy Seafood.
I saw it afterwards…they were completely facing the wrong way where a median separates the lanes of traffic. So they were heading South (or north) on Emerson and turned in the lane on the wrong side of the median in to on coming traffic? That’s a pretty impressive fail….
