on a motor vehicle complaint, 120 Marketplace Boulevard. RP has said there's a red Mitsubishi with its top down that was driving with people standing up on top of it and everything. Unknown plate at this time. RP says it's still there. And somebody tried to approach them. They started harassing them verbally.
