Truck for 210. 10-4, request for service. Railway tracks in the area of Ligonville Road at Steeple Run. Ligonville at Steeple Run. Reporting that the arms keep cycling up and down with the lights flashing. No train is coming. Vehicles are starting to try and speed through when the arms are up.
