This is going to be at the Davis Animal Hospital, 1617 Russell Boulevard. The RP is an employee there advising there's a white male adult about 6 foot tall wearing a black trucking hat, walking with a cane, that's attempting to serve court documents to a Samantha Boyd that works there and is requesting to do so off the property. He's refusing to leave until Samantha complies with his request.
