If you could check the back parking lot of the UH Surgery Center at 9000 Mentor Avenue. Caller advises she walks her dog back there. There's some kind of a path between there and Beachwood, I believe. Said there's a backpack that's been back there for a couple of days. She thinks somebody's living out there. Wants us to check it out.
