Clean section D 287, suspicious. 320 Central Ave at Amtrak, half a mile east of the location. Conductor stated there was a female standing in the middle of the tracks, half a mile east of the location. Train had to come to a complete stop. One female and one male, no description. Female was in a tent on the right of the way. Caller is responding and requests RPD to respond as well.
