8214. Go ahead. Most of all the fire apparatus is getting ready to clean out. Engine 7 is leaving and will be coming back to remain on scene when the tow gets here. They will have to follow the tow. Once the ladder truck and one of the other pumpers move, we could probably open that other lane according to Sergeant's plan. Copy.

43, I copy that. Thank you. Just to advise, I'm going to be down here on the levee. I've got a plan worked out. We might be able to open up both lanes on the levee to one lane in about 10-15 minutes. Copy that, thank you.
