Copy, thank you. 8401 Tidewater Drive to Northside Park. There was going to be a male, I believe on Tidewater Drive, walking in the driving lanes. Black male, slim, pushing a Walmart cart. They just are wanting PD to check on him. I believe he's going to be going northbound towards Bayview.
