3425. 3426. The Meridian, 6310 Penn Avenue, between Shady Avenue and East Liberty Boulevard. Female attempted to steal from the store, went next door, stole packages, came back and tore them open inside of the store. Black female, about 35 years old, dark blue scrubs, thin green hooded jeans.
