4 Engine, 4 Engine only for a lock-in detail, 2nd Avenue Common, 700 2nd Avenue off of Municipal Courts Drive and 2nd Avenue Ramp. It's going to be on the second floor, zone 24, along with police. Caller reporting a person is locked inside the second floor bathroom. No injuries. This is apparently an ongoing issue. Again, attention, 4 Engine, 4 Engine only for a lock-out detail, 2nd Avenue Common, 700 2nd Avenue off of Municipal Courts Drive and 2nd Avenue Ramp. On the second floor, zone 24.
