It's going to be an E1, your area, along with first responders. 239 South Fairmont for Quarrel and Friendship. Unknown aged female that fell over after a dog chased her and her dog. There's a male on scene that called this in, unable to actually speak to the caller. The dogs are barking in the background. No one's really answering any questions. Just a female crying in the background in pain.
