It's a camero with a woman driving it. She decided to stop in the middle lane when she ran out of gas. Now she's just sitting there in her car. I advised her to get out of the vehicle and wait somewhere safe but she declined. I offered to push her car by myself if she got it in neutral but she declined. So now she's just waiting to be hit from behind
