42. 14115 Aurora Avenue North at Mary Pilgrim Inn. Male outside shoved the caller and stuck fingers into his eyes. Medics declined. Suspect's a Black male, 40, 6'2", heavy-build, possible scarf and black leather jacket, goes by New Orleans. Suspect is also resident of the building.
