Did someone go the wrong way on 7th and hit head on?
The collision occurred on 600 South near approximately 730 East. To clarify, a car did not cross over going the wrong direction on 700 East. Instead, it looks like a black SUV was heading east on 600 South, crossed over, and hit a silver car that was heading westbound on 600 South. Fortunately, it was a very slow-impact collision. The driver of the black SUV apparently passed out due to a possible medical condition, but they are now conscious and alert. No one was seriously injured, and no one went to the hospital in an ambulance.
