Person 1 broadcasting a one priority for a possible armed subject, time lapse on this is going to be from either 17, correction, 1900 or 2000 hours, so an hour or two now, 2674 East Clinton. RP's not really cooperative, stated HMA in red tank and shorts, was armed with a gun with another male, HMA, shirtless, sitting out front, yelling at people as they were walking by, stated that they were bulldogs. 20
