Complainant reporting that they were almost attacked by a dog. The dog's owner threatened the complainant, stated that they would return. Negative weapons seen or mentioned, negative drugs or alcohol. Suspects were last seen chest down on Spring Run Drive. Male, White, about 6'12", unknown name. Female that was with him was 30 years old.
