41. Cars refusing to leave at 3419 Queensway Drive, apartment B as in Boy. They were having a party for the dad's birthday. Neighbor was intoxicated and being aggressive. They kicked him out and I won't stop banging on the door. It's a black male, no shirt. It was across the hall.
