on Cafe Abdullah. It's going to be signal 30 at 30 of North Florida. Back to units. It's going to be signal 30 out of 7302 Southgate Boulevard. It was a French-domed male that was observed trying to take the scooter in front of the family dollar. It was a Black male in his 50s with a red shirt, black pants. He was traveling northbound towards Southgate. Denied advising the subject took the black electric scooter.
