340 Charlie, 340 Alpha. Disorderly, Belmont Ridge Road, Gloucester Parkway, B 350. Bikes were blocking RP's vehicle. Seven subjects on eight bikes, all males, looked about teenage age. The suspects are now leaving, going southbound on Belmont Ridge Road. 2118.
