Any Quarters of all the man-band units, special to the RTC, the 7th and 15th just occurred, Lidl, Grosvenor and Shirley, 800 Montauk Highway, off of Willow Ave. It's a Black man wearing a black shirt, camel pants, gun, took the complainant's bag. Subject's walking with a Hispanic female. Subject then threw the complainant's bag on top of Lidl's building. Complainant is wearing a white shirt, gray-orange pants. End of notification, 2114 hours.
