Any Hollywood unit, possible ADW suspect, 1618 Schroeder Boulevard, across from PR's location, inside the vacant Cecil Hotel, second floor. Suspect's a male, Black, transient, 25 to 30 years, blonde hair, tall, gray shirt, unknown color pants, throwing razor blades and Sharpies onto the driveway. It's Code 2, incident 3849, RD.
